"Requires parking" prompts for a parking expense on Trip Workflow the moment this location is resolved for a Delivery or Collection leg (with an option to skip it if parking happened to be free that day) - ticked by default for every airport already on file. "BNE terminal ID" is only relevant to the two Brisbane Airport rows - it's parking.bne.com.au's own numeric terminal code (confirmed Domestic = 1; International hasn't been confirmed yet), used to build the "book parking" deep link on a trip's Manage page.

Standard task durations driving the default hours shown for a trip's Exterior/Interior Cleaning and Admin labour tasks - the maintained list of task types and their typical duration, same idea as Locations. Recorded as decimal hours (e.g. 0.6, not 36 minutes).

People who do maintenance/damage or trip labour work (tyre fitters, mechanics, cleaners, etc) - picked from Tyres/Servicing/Repairs/Damage expense forms and trip Delivery/Collection/Admin/ Cleaning tasks. Not the app's own login accounts; workers never log into this app. Open a worker's profile for contact details, bank details, ABN/GST registration, and rate history.

Owners of vehicles you manage rather than own outright - your fee is a % of gross earnings (own history per vehicle, since a renegotiated fee shouldn't rewrite an already-recorded trip's split), and every expense logged against their vehicle nets off their share. Open an owner's profile for contact/bank details and their running payout balance.

Each Linkt tag's current vehicle and full assignment history - a tag can be registered before it's fitted to a car, sit spare between vehicles, or be permanently retired (e.g. a flat battery returned to Linkt). Reassigning a tag here automatically closes out its previous vehicle's assignment, so past tolls still bill correctly to whichever vehicle actually had it at the time.

For a new physical tag before it's known which vehicle it's going in - assigning a tag to a vehicle below will also register it automatically if it isn't already.

Most are auto-created by other flows (insurance renewals, AAMI instalments, registration, infringement nomination deadlines) — those show their source below and completing them there runs their normal side effects. Add a one-off reminder manually here for anything else.
